  • Any misuse or unauthorized access may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

4. Typing Tests & Results

  • Test results, speed, accuracy, and mistake analysis are auto-generated.
  • Results are for practice and evaluation purposes only.
  • We do not guarantee selection, certification, or exam qualification.

5. Fair Usage Policy

Users must not:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation
  • Attempt to manipulate scores or results
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute test content without permission

Violation may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All content including test paragraphs, UI, design, logos, and code are the property of Success Typing. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable
  • Access validity depends on the selected plan
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing or features

8. Service Availability

We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend services for maintenance without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Exam results or employment outcomes
  • Data loss due to technical issues
  • Internet or device-related failures

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of updated terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription & Payments

All payments made on Success Typing for test access, subscriptions, or premium features are considered final.

2. No Refund Policy

Once a payment is successfully completed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

This includes cases of:

  • Partial usage of services
  • User dissatisfaction
  • Accidental or incorrect purchase
  • Internet or device-related issues

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will stop future renewals, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
  • Access will remain active until the end of the paid validity period.

4. Technical Issues

In rare cases of proven technical failure from our side that prevents access to paid services, we may:

  • Extend the validity period, or
  • Provide alternative access

(Refunds will not be issued.)

5. Free Trials / Demo Tests

Free tests or demo access do not guarantee performance or exam success.

No refund claims are applicable for free services.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in immediate account suspension.

We encourage users to contact support for resolution before raising disputes.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be updated in the Terms and Conditions.
